Eligibility

Users may need to meet age, KYC, location, card issuance, issuer and program requirements before accessing HealthPocket services. HealthPocket may restrict access where eligibility or risk checks are not satisfied.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials, card details, device access and transaction information secure. OTP, CVV, UPI PIN and passwords should never be shared with anyone.

Permitted Use

HealthPocket should be used only for lawful, genuine and eligible healthcare-related use cases. Misuse, artificial transactions, fraud, reward gaming or policy circumvention may lead to restrictions.

Rewards & Benefits

Rewards, points, vouchers or benefits depend on active campaign rules. HealthPocket may modify, pause, reverse or reject benefits for ineligible, refunded, disputed or suspicious transactions.

Partner Services

Hospitals, pharmacies, labs and other partners are independent service providers. Medical service quality, treatment advice and product availability remain the responsibility of the relevant provider.

Limitations

HealthPocket does not provide medical advice, emergency healthcare services, diagnosis, prescriptions or guaranteed treatment outcomes. Users should consult qualified medical professionals.

Changes to Terms

Terms, program rules, partner availability, fees, benefits, rewards and supported features may change from time to time. Continued usage may indicate acceptance of updated terms.
